Synopsis

In a floating Arctic city built after climate collapse, four strangers' lives converge: a woman seeking her missing mother, a political operative, a fighter addicted to an animal-bonding disease, and a mysterious old woman who arrives riding an orca with a polar bear at her side. Their stories intertwine as the city teeters on the edge of revolution.
