Gideon the Ninth

Synopsis

Gideon Nav, a wisecracking swordswoman trapped in service to a death cult, is forced to accompany her bitter rival, the necromancer Harrowhark, to a decaying palace where representatives of the Emperor's nine houses compete for the secret of immortality. As contestants begin dying in gruesome and mysterious ways, Gideon and Harrow must work together to survive.
