Synopsis

When down-on-his-luck substitute teacher Charlie inherits his estranged uncle's empire, he discovers it's not a parking lot business — it's a supervillain operation, complete with genetically modified spy cats and intelligent dolphins. Now Charlie must outwit a cabal of rival villains who want him dead.
