Strangers

Synopsis

On the alien world of Weinunnach, human artist Joseph Farber falls deeply in love with Liraun, a humanoid member of the indigenous Cian race, despite strict taboos against interspecies relationships. To be with her, Farber undergoes radical genetic alteration, but his transformation forces him to confront the unbridgeable gulf between two cultures and the terrible price of crossing it.
