Synopsis

On a post-apocalyptic Earth ravaged by deadly storms, the underground city of Center is the last refuge of civilization. Mischa, a young thief with hereditary telepathic mutations, desperately schemes to escape Center's brutal hierarchy and free her drug-addicted brother from their tyrannical uncle.
