The Wheel of Time

Synopsis

In a world where time is a wheel and ages return in endless cycles, the Dark One is breaking free of his ancient prison while only the Dragon Reborn, a prophesied champion fated to both save and break the world, can stand against him. Moiraine, an Aes Sedai wielder of the One Power, finds three village youths in the remote Two Rivers, one of whom may be that champion. Their flight from the Shadow's hunters grows into a continent-spanning struggle of nations, prophecies, and the male and female halves of the One Power, culminating in the Last Battle.
