Synopsis

A North Dakota farmer digging on his land unearths a pristine yacht built of an impossible, frictionless material that never ages. The find leads investigators to a buried roundhouse on nearby Sioux land that proves to be a star-gate offering instant passage to other worlds. As the discoveries destabilize world markets and faiths, the U.S. government and the Sioux clash over control of humanity's doorway to the stars.
