Synopsis

A nameless bureaucrat is sent to the planet Miranda to recover prohibited technology from a rogue magician named Gregorian before the planet's periodic tidal flooding submerges its inhabited lowlands. In a shape-shifting landscape of illusion and transformation, nothing is as it seems in this dreamlike tale of bureaucracy, magic, and ecological catastrophe.
