Synopsis

In a future Thailand ravaged by rising seas and engineered plagues, calorie companies control the global food supply. Emiko, a genetically modified “new person” designed as a servant, struggles for survival and freedom in Bangkok’s sweltering streets while political factions clash over the kingdom’s last reserves of genetic diversity.
